Each year we welcome new analyst cohorts to our team. Applications for the analyst position are typically due in May and September and successful candidates begin work at different times throughout the year.

Experienced Hires

For Project Leader and Principal positions, Open Capital offers a rolling application process. Successful candidates often begin working with us within 3-6 months, but we can accommodate longer timelines based on individual needs.
